Job summary

DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) seeks a Construction Project Manager to plan, oversee and deliver federal construction projects from award to closeout, including procurement, subcontractor buyouts, and cost control. The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of FAR and EM 385-1-1 safety, and expertise in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, RMS, and RS Means.

Travel across the US is expected. You will coordinate with engineers, architects, and field teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 8+ years progressively responsible construction project management experience, including at least 3 years managing federal construction projects.
• Working knowledge of FAR requirements and federal construction contracting procedures.
• Familiarity with USACE EM 385-1-1 Safety and Health Requirements Manual.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; experienced with Excel and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam Revu, and critical path management tools.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles; budget, schedule, and cost control.
• Strong leadership and management skills; experience supporting federal/military proposals and active projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams of subs, QC managers, SSHOs, and engineers to meet contract requirements.
• Administer contracts, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation per FAR and company procedures.
• Manage cost, schedule, risk, and change orders; monitor profitability and forecast results.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely client notification and approvals.
• Ensure safety compliance and coordinate with field personnel across sites nationwide.
• Travel 15-25% to multiple project locations in the US as required.
