• Certification (CCP or CEP) through recognized organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost estimates for construction contract changes.
• Participate in bid opening and negotiation meetings.
• Prepare and review engineering estimates.
• Maintain material prices and construction equipment cost files.
