Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction management or similar.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in managing construction teams and contracts.
• Proven success in client relationships.
• Relocation may be required for specific roles.
• Salary range: $125,000 - $180,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for multiple aspects of project controls including costs, planning, scheduling, engineering, supervision and personnel management.
• Oversee project startup, completion, and close-out processes.
• Develop strategy for personnel development and recruitment.
• Manage contractual issues and establish/maintain client relationships.
• Forecast costs accurately to complete the project.
• Lead project team and provide mentorship and accountability.
