Job summary

The Walsh Group, Ltd. seeks a Project Manager for Federal Building work at Fort Liberty in Fayetteville, NC. You will lead multiple facets of construction programs, drive scheduling, costs, and safety while coordinating with site teams and clients.

You will mentor the project team, manage contractual issues, forecast costs, maintain customer relationships, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across complex milestones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience leading construction teams.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead costs, planning, scheduling, engineering and personnel management.
• Oversee project startup, execution, and close-out.
• Develop personnel development and recruiting strategies.
• Manage contractual issues.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Accurate cost forecasting for job completion.
• Provide leadership and development to project team.
• Final decision-making on problem resolution.
• Develop QA/QC plans.
• Identify issues to Program Manager.
• Review and approve schedules, projections, and cost to complete.
• Ensure site rules and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
