Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in managing construction teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relocation may be required.
• Salary range: $125,000 – $180,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership over costs, planning, scheduling, and personnel management.
• Lead project start-up, completion, and close-out.
• Develop strategy for personnel development and recruiting.
• Oversee contractual issue resolution.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Forecast costs accurately for job completion.
• Provide leadership and development to the project team.
• Final decision-maker for problem resolution.
• Oversee QA/QC plans.
• Identify issues to the Program Manager to ensure project success.
• Review and approve schedules, financial projections, and cost to complete.
• Ensure site rules and procedures are followed.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
