Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is hiring a Building Commissioning Engineer to provide commissioning and quality assurance support for federal construction projects at F.E. Warren AFB. The role involves multiple responsibilities including conducting site observations, verifying compliance, and analyzing commissioning issues.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience managing complex projects. The position offers a competitive salary based on experience along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in building commissioning or construction management on large federal projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or similar certification preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, building automation systems, and building envelope systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning and quality assurance services on federal construction projects.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans and testing procedures.
• Monitor and document commissioning activities throughout the project phases.
