Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is looking for a Building Commissioning Engineer to provide commissioning and quality assurance support for federal construction projects at F.E. Warren AFB. Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of experience in similar roles and will be responsible for ensuring building systems compliance and performance throughout the project lifecycle.

This position offers opportunities for short-term or long-term assignments based on project requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience on multi-million dollar federal construction projects.
• Knowledge of building systems commissioning including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Experience in analyzing construction and commissioning issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide commissioning and quality assurance on federal construction projects.
• Develop and implement commissioning plans and procedures.
• Conduct site observations to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Monitor commissioning activities throughout project phases.
