Job summary

The candidate will perform commissioning, quality assurance, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in building commissioning and construction management on large federal projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, BAS, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide commissioning and quality assurance services for federal construction projects.
• Develop commissioning plans and perform site observations.
• Coordinate functional performance testing of building systems.
