Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a team member to support high-level federal data analytics and acquisitions activities for an FDA account. You will gather, compile, and present acquisition and budget data while supporting activities such as Federal purchase card management, contracting, grants, and interagency agreements.

The role involves working with federal stakeholders to drive decision making and help overhaul acquisitions processes, with a focus on timely deliverables and data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management or equivalent.
• 4+ years of professional federal acquisitions data analysis experience (IAA/PCard/Budget).
• Ability to build client relationships, gather requirements, and communicate clearly.
• Ability to work independently to meet deadlines while delivering quality work.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent writing and proofreading abilities.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Gather, compile, and present acquisition and budget data for clients.
• Support acquisition-related activities: Federal purchase card management, contracting, grants, and interagency agreements.
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders to keep deliverables on track and aligned with project objectives.
• Contribute to developing client deliverables and recommended solutions under supervision.
