The FDA Law Solution, LLC in Atlanta seeks a Senior Non-Equity Partner to lead regulatory strategy for life sciences clients. You will architect FDA pathways, advise on product classification, submissions, labeling, and guide clients through inspections and enforcement responses.

This role emphasizes business development, leadership, and mentoring, with a portable book of business and potential equity partnership based on performance. Hybrid work in Atlanta with some travel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 15+ years of specialized FDA or state regulatory experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portable book of business.
• Proven expertise in Medical Devices or Food and Dietary Supplements.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory strategy and leadership for client portfolios, including device and supplement lines.
• Develop client relationships and expand portable book of business.
• Ensure promotional and technical compliance across media channels.
• Advise on submissions, labeling, and market expansion.
