Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive a multi-workstream financial crime compliance remediation program for a major financial services client. You'll balance program management with regulatory obligations, planning across MRAs/MRIAs and governance reporting to senior stakeholders.

You will own plans, RAID logs, risk and issue tracking, and coordinate with sanctions, AML, KYC, and QA leads to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years combining project/program management with financial services compliance.
• Hands-on experience managing MRA/MRIA remediation.
• Working knowledge of card issuing and payments regulatory environment.
• Ability to work across multiple compliance topics without deep specialization.
• Strong PM fundamentals: planning, governance reporting, steering committee management.
• Excellent executive communication for senior-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, milestones and RAID logs across one or more concurrent compliance remediation workstreams.
• Manage remediation action plans tied to regulatory commitments (MRAs/MRIAs and similar), ensuring root-cause analysis, corrective actions and evidence are audit-ready.
• Run governance routines — steering committees, status reporting, risk/issue escalation.
• Coordinate with compliance subject-matter leads (e.g., sanctions, AML/transaction monitoring, KYC, QA) to structure deliverables and tracking.
• Produce consolidated, executive-ready status reporting for senior client leadership and Capgemini engagement leads.
• Manage resourcing, timelines and interdependencies across the program, flagging capacity and scope risks early.
