Qualifications

• Independently build models and statistical analyses.
• Effectively communicate results to business partners and help drive decisions.
• Mentor junior data scientists and team members.
• Six+ years of data science/predictive analytics in insurance or 8+ in another industry.
• Lead pricing model strategy and predictive analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing model strategy for a subset of products.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain predictive models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on business objectives.
• Manage filing schedules for product lines.
• Document assumptions, results, and alternatives for internal customers and regulators.
