Qualifications

• Six or more years of data science/predictive analytics experience in insurance or eight or more years in another industry.
• independently build models and statistical analyses.
• Effective communication of results to business partners and help drive decisions.
• Lead and mentor junior data scientists and analysts.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing model strategy for a subset of products.
• Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain predictive models.
• Manage filings schedules for aligned products.
• Mentor junior data scientists and analysts.
• Present results to internal and external customers and management.
