Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Senior Fashion Retail Delivery Lead to direct multi-site, customer-facing transformation initiatives across North America. This remote, US-based role requires 30%+ travel across the US and Canada, and operates as a hands-on individual contributor.

You will drive end-to-end implementations, manage cross-project plans, and translate fashion retail requirements to pragmatic solutions with product and engineering teams.

A company in the field of retail technology is hiring a Senior Fashion Retail Delivery Lead to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on individual contributor role, remote, US-based, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

What you will do

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.

What you bring

• Deep, hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
• A record of personally delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Strong delivery judgment, customer presence and the ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
• Comfort working in a senior individual contributor role and travelling regularly.

US-based location. Base salary is expected to be $150,000-$200,000, with flexibility for exceptional experience.
