Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance and repair of agricultural or heavy equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.
• Effective communication, time management, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance, repairs, and reconditioning on a variety of farm equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag systems.
• Independently analyze equipment issues and determine effective repair solutions.
• Mentor junior technicians and share knowledge.
• Follow service schedules and manage workflow accurately.
• Document work in reports and work orders with high accuracy.
