Responsibilities include complex maintenance and repairs of farm equipment, electrical/hydraulic systems, and precision ag tech, with documentation in detailed reports and strict safety adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance and repair experience on heavy agricultural equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag systems.
• Strong diagnostic and independent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance, repairs, and reconditioning on farm equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag system repairs.
• Independently analyze equipment issues and determine repair solutions; mentor junior technicians as needed.
• Follow service schedules, manage workflow, and document work in reports and work orders.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and catalogs to support repairs; collaborate with departments for a seamless customer experience.
