EY is seeking a seasoned professional for Family Office Advisory Services in the US, focusing on governance, operations, and technology across high-net-worth families. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, translate client needs into actionable solutions, and manage risk and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will travel ~50% and operate within a hybrid work model, engaging with clients across multiple jurisdictions while delivering strategic insights and performance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field with experience in project management, operations, technology and implementation initiatives.
• CPA or Bar membership is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional services environment.
• Experience in a family office environment or financial services including investment management, private banking or fund administration.
• Understanding of partnership and fund accounting concepts across multi-tier ownership structures.
• Knowledge of tax compliance and reporting across entities (partnerships, trusts, individuals, foundations).
• Understanding wealth planning, estate planning, portfolio management, investment operations, risk management and performance reporting for high-net-worth individuals/families.
• Experience with business process improvement, tech-enabled transformation and systems implementation initiatives.
• Ability to build trusted client/vendor relationships with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Support governance, operations and technology systems reviews for family office clients.
• Review and advise on governance, processes and technology through interviews with family members and advisors.
• Coach and develop teams delivering complex initiatives with accountability for performance and results.
• Lead client sessions, interpret issues, and propose quality solutions in client service, risk management, and business growth.
• Travel as required to meet client needs and participate in client working sessions.
