Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day case and client administration
• Communicate directly with clients and respond to inquiries
• Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and follow-up items
• Assist with discovery and case preparation
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and case memoranda
• Support attorneys with trial and hearing preparation
