• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• General litigation practice; family law / probate experience preferred.
• Self-starter and team player; able to manage cases independently.

Responsabilidades

• Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence.
• Managing case files and maintaining deadlines/calendaring.
• Assisting with discovery, trial preparation, and hearing preparation.
• Coordinating filings in state court.
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
