Candidates should have 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, excellent drafting and deadline discipline, and the ability to manage multiple cases while ensuring accuracy and client care. This is an in-office role with a team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in family law litigation matters.
• Draft, prepare, and revise pleadings, discovery, motions, subpoenas, notices, and correspondence.
• Prepare financial affidavits and assist with document collection and case organization.
• Manage case files, deadlines, court dates, and litigation calendars.
• Coordinate filings and service of documents.
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties in a professional manner.
• Assist attorneys with hearing, mediation, deposition, and trial preparation.
• Maintain accurate case information and documentation in Clio or other case management systems.
• Help ensure files are moving forward efficiently and no deadlines are missed.

About The Role

The Family Law Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys to support active family law matters from case opening through litigation. This role requires strong drafting skills, attention to deadlines, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and client care.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, and comfortable taking initiative in a structured legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in family law litigation matters

Benefits

$65,000 - $90,0000 - The total compensation range, including bonus opportunities, will be based on the candidate's years of experience.
