Enright Law APC is expanding its Washington practice and seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney to join our remote-first team. You’ll independently manage a sophisticated family law caseload with expert paralegal, billing, administrative, and operational support behind you.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Washington State Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of five years of Washington family law experience.
• Ability to independently manage family law matters from intake through resolution.
• Strong courtroom advocacy, legal writing, negotiation, and litigation skills.
• Experience handling custody, support, domestic violence, property division, and related family law matters.
• Excellent client communication and professional judgment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with modern legal technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage a sophisticated family law caseload independently.
• Develop case strategy and advise clients through complex legal issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct discovery and manage litigation deadlines.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel.
• Appear at hearings, mediations, depositions, settlement conferences, and trial.
• Provide thoughtful, practical legal advice while maintaining exceptional client communication.
