This position requires a high level of professionalism, as well as the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy. As a Senior Family Law Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload, providing expert legal advice, and representing clients in court. Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in all areas of family law, including matrimony, annulments, child custody, matrimonial issues, and child support.
• Manage a caseload of family law matters, ensuring all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Conduct thorough case research and investigation to support client cases.
• Develop and implement case strategies that align with the client's objectives and the best interests of any children involved.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and excellent customer service.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in family law and attend relevant professional development courses and seminars.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in the state and in good standing with the state bar association.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in family law practice, with a focus on matrimony, annulments, child custody, matrimonial issues, and child support.
• Proven track record of representing clients in court and achieving favorable outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a large caseload and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning in the area of family law.
