Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr. Advanced Quality Engineer - Fall Protection to lead quality and reliability efforts across cross-functional teams involved in high-risk fall-protection products.

You will guide NPD, product support, and VE to meet time-to-market and performance goals while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety. Ideal candidates hold a master’s or equivalent degree in a technical field with experience in regulated product development, risk-based testing, and advanced metrology,

Qualifications

• Master’s or equivalent degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing/Production, Materials Engineering or related field plus 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in regulated product development environment and in quality engineering roles.
• Familiarity with safety-critical, textile-based or similar materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct quality activities for cross-functional project teams (NPD, product support, VE).
• Develop and execute risk-based test procedures to validate product specs and ensure reliability.
• Perform failure analysis and recommend corrective actions; support design, testing, and supplier quality.
