We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Senior Fair and Responsible Banking (FaRB) Analyst to support the organization's Fair Lending, Fair Servicing, and UDAAP compliance programs. This role is responsible for performing data analysis, marketing reviews, monitoring activities, transaction testing, supporting risk assessments, and performing research to help ensure compliance with applicable consumer protection laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, experience in mortgage and consumer lending operations, and can effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
