Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality and reliability projects to achieve quality, reliability, cost and delivery goals.
• Develop qualification test plans and complex failure analysis projects for AI, data center and network hardware; determine root cause and corrective actions.
• Identify and manage new quality, failure analysis and reliability lab projects across the product life cycle.
• Coordinate teams, assign work, and assist with problem resolution for lab issues from conception to obsolescence.
• Evaluate trade-offs for quality and reliability with suppliers, customers and equipment leaders to deliver cost-optimized lab solutions.
• Evaluate impact of new designs on quality and reliability, especially high-density boards and BGAs.
• Assess lab suppliers' capability and capacity; drive best-practice lab standards and training.
• Set yearly department plans, KPIs, goals and provide performance coaching.
