Qualifications

• BSEE is required.
• Direct, hands-on Failure Analysis laboratory experience (semiconductor and electronics industry).
• Experience and knowledge in semiconductor, materials analysis, electronics manufacturing, design, etc.
• Experience as a technical lead, manager or mentor is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary analysis teams on complex cases.
• Design and execute analytical plans, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand scope, timelines and deliverables.
