Qualifications

• BSEE or MSEE is required.
• Minimum 15+ years of direct hands-on failure analysis lab experience in semiconductor/electronics.
• Experience as a technical lead, manager, or mentor is highly desired.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform advanced failure analysis using OBIRCH, XIVA, and other techniques.
• Design and execute analytical plans, interpret results, and advise clients.
• Head project planning, multi-disciplinary problem solving, and mentoring teammates.
