Responsibilities

• Perform system- and rack-level failure analysis across servers and data center platforms.
• Debug hardware, firmware, and platform-related issues (CPU, GPU, memory, PCIe).
• Analyze logs, telemetry, BIOS, BMC to identify failure patterns and validate fixes.
• Reproduce failures in lab environments and validate with diagnostics.
• Collaborate with design, validation, manufacturing and QA teams for corrective actions.
• Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-sharing resources.
