Grand Canyon Education seeks a recruiting-focused professional to lead staffing for its partner colleges and internal programs. You will manage pipelines, screen candidates, verify credentials, and move qualified candidates to the appropriate college for hiring decisions.

You will build relationships with campus staff, maintain accurate HR records, ensure compliance with accreditation and employment laws, and meet staffing goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruiting processes in higher education
• Experience screening credentials and transcripts
• Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Lead the recruiting process for instructors and staff
