Grand Canyon Education, Inc. is seeking a results-driven recruiter to lead the process of identifying and placing qualified instructors for partner colleges. You will build and maintain candidate pipelines, screen credentials, and coordinate with internal HR and partner institutions.

In this role you will manage staffing metrics, ensure compliance with federal and state laws, and work across teams to meet program needs. A bachelor’s in HR or related field is required; a master’s is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and interviewing for higher education instructors.
• Knowledge of accrediting agency requirements helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with ability to work in structured environment.
• Strong written and verbal communications with high accuracy.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Two years’ experience recruiting, interviewing and evaluating professional-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruiting process and staffing goals for partner colleges.
• Screen credentials and verify education, accreditation, and transcripts.
• Contact candidates to assess availability and fit; advance qualified candidates to colleges.
• Maintain relationships with partner colleges and HR for on-boarding and requisitions.
• Create and maintain records and reporting for workflow and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and accrediting bodies.
