AXA XL is seeking a Senior Underwriter for Facultative Automatic Facilities in the US. You will underwrite and service automatic facility accounts, establish pricing, and ensure profitable book management while interacting with internal teams and clients.
Reporting to the Product Leader/Division Manager for Property Facultative Reinsurance - North America, you will drive growth, maintain relationships, and participate in business development activities including client visits as needed.

For AXA XL Reinsurance North America business, the Property Facultative Automatic Senior Underwriter will, under direction of the Property Facultative Department Manager, and in accordance with established procedures: underwrite and maintain/service profitable new and renewal business exercising self-supported judgment based on comprehension of policy form terms and conditions and coverage intent; increase our market share, our visibility, and solidify our position as a leader in the marketplace by participating in underwriting and marketing activities; be dedicated to maximizing the efficiency of the group, and providing quality service to internal and external customers.
You will report to the Product Leader/Division Manager for Property Facultative Reinsurance - North America.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is USD $107,600- $209,100.
Actual pay will be determined based upon the individual's skills, experience and location. We strive for market alignment and internal equity with our colleagues's pay.
