Job summary

AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking a Lead Facility Technician to support the Light House Program with 24x7 facility readiness. The role includes leading a small team, managing 12-hour shifts, and ensuring maintenance and compliance of facility infrastructure.

The position requires TS/SCI clearance, experience with critical network operations support, and ability to operate in potentially hazardous environments. Location is on-site with 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in building/facility mechanics and electrical systems.
• Experience with infrastructure equipment such as generators, PDU, UPS, ATS, HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team to ensure readiness, reliability, and survivability of facilities during emergencies.
• Perform routine and interim maintenance on facility equipment.
• Support a 7x24x365 readiness posture and respond to disaster recovery requirements.
• Maintain qualifications and certifications as mandated by AT&T.
• Provide escort services during contractor visits.
