Job summary

AV Inc. is seeking a Facility Security Officer (FSO) to lead and coordinate security programs, ensuring compliance with government policies and company procedures. You will manage clearances, safeguards, and security documentation across the program, while interfacing with internal teams and external agencies.

The role requires strong DoD security knowledge, TS/SCI eligibility preferred, and a track record in handling DD-254s, NISPOM guidelines, and DCSA standards. U.S.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI preferred.
• Experience implementing the NISPOM and ICDs.
• Knowledge of government security and information assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security documentation and files per DCSA requirements.
• Maintain FCL documentation and submissions per DCSA rules.
• Manage DD-254s and sub-DD254s.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, SPPs, and security plans.
• Provide security briefings, incident reporting, and compliance guidance.
• Support HR, Contracts, and Proposal teams on security matters.
