Job summary

Esri is seeking an experienced Industrial Security professional to lead day-to-day security operations at our Redlands office. You will administer the security program, ensure compliance with NISPOM, ICDs, and SEADs, and coordinate with government customers and internal teams.

The role requires TS clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph, plus experience handling DoD programs, SAPs, and facility certifications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Experience supporting DoD/IC security operations.
• Certified FSO and CSSO/CPSO experience.
• Strong knowledge of NISPOM, ICDs, SEADs.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day security operations and lead industrial security program.
• Support DoD programs and SAPs for government agencies.
• Develop and enforce security procedures; maintain facility clearance and certifications.
• Manage COMSEC, IDS, Access Control, and guard supervision.
• Prepare and maintain DoD 5220.22-M, DD254s, and subcontractor management.
• Guide personnel through e-QIP/eAPP processes and DISS/NBIS reporting.
• Collaborate with government customers and internal Esri security teams.
