Job summary

Esri in Redlands, CA seeks a security professional to conduct industrial security operations at a secure facility in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, ICDs, and government contract requirements. Qualifications

• Experience in a cleared contractor environment.
• Experience supporting IC/Defense or customer-directed security programs.
• Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM, ICDs, and related requirements.
• Experience with SCIFs/open storage areas/restricted areas or equivalent environments.
• Experience with personnel security and access administration (clearance processing, indoctrinations, debriefings, visit requests, foreign travel).
• Experience using security systems or customer systems such as DISS/NBIS/SWFT.
• Ability to develop and maintain SOPs, security plans, procedures, training materials, and records.
• Ability to conduct self-inspections, customer assessments, corrective actions, and continuous compliance.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day security operations for IC and other programs.
• Interpret and apply government, customer, and company security requirements.
• Support program access, indoctrinations, debriefings, and visit certifications.
• Prepare and update SOPs, security plans, and training materials.
• Support secure facility operations and access controls.
• Maintain classified material control procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate with government customers and subcontractors to ensure security requirements are met.
• Partner with Information System Security to align controls for regulated systems.
• Support proposals and program planning by identifying security needs early.
• Promote communication across the Industrial Security team and partners.
• Demonstrate commitment to secure mission enablement and compliant execution.
