Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Manager, Facility Management (Americas) to lead the Global Real Estate team in delivering facility management services across a substantial portfolio in North America and LATAM. You will partner with CBRE to manage risk, budgets, energy programs, and service delivery to keep facilities audit-ready and aligned with business goals.

The role requires strong FM leadership, cross-functional collaboration with regional leaders, and willingness to travel up to 35-40%

Qualifications

• Significant progressive FM leadership experience in corporate real estate or industrial facility settings.
• Proven track record managing outsourced vendor partnerships (e.g., CBRE).
• Solid understanding of expense accruals, budget forecasting, asset capitalization, and asset governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery and risk mitigation with CBRE and insurers to maintain essential building systems.
• Provide input for $59M USD annual facility budgets, monitor spend forecasts and accruals.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Leaders, Audit, Security, and Sustainability to deliver capital, response, and energy programs.
• Maintain audit-ready facilities and integrate new properties into the FM network; coordinate with GRE on disasters.
