Qualifications

• Must have vocational or technical certification with 3 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area; or 6 years' experience in the same fields.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• No DUI/DWI/OUI convictions in the last 5 years on driving record.
• No more than two moving violations in the last 3 years on driving record.
• No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 3 years.
• No serious traffic violations per FMCSA in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Inspect, clean, and repair facilities, equipment, or fixtures; document maintenance activities and parts usage.
• Respond to emergencies and oversee on-site repairs, training, and coordination with contractors.
