Under the U.S. Army INSCOM GILE program, Team V2X provides engineering, facilities, sustainment, and maintenance of intelligence systems, including new technologies, portal management, hardware design, network management, and logistics support to various military and intelligence agencies. We enable INSCOM’s mission of anticipating requirements and employing innovative techniques to support Soldiers, Civilians, systems, and facilities worldwide.

This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the senior facilities engineer responsible for designing, reviewing, and planning installation master planning support at worldwide locations, including design and drafting (CADD).
  2. Investigate facility requirements related to relocations, realignments, transfers, and equipment installations; provide cost estimates and documentation support.
  3. Provide technical guidance on infrastructure, space, utility, and structural requirements; coordinate with other engineering disciplines.
  4. Review reports, master plans, and facility requests for deficiencies and provide recommendations.
  5. Manage space tracking software; estimate future facility needs based on operational plans; review space requests and propose solutions.
  6. Support MILCON project data preparation; review technical documentation and assess program impacts.
  7. Evaluate facility and space management processes; develop data collection and analysis tools.
  8. Prepare technical plans for stationing and realignment of INSCOM units worldwide, following Army policies.
  9. Oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of facilities and infrastructure.
  10. Deploy worldwide for technical support as needed.
  11. Coordinate with theater planning staff for relocation and realignment plans.
  12. Develop program management plans using Microsoft Project.
Qualifications
Education / Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university with 10 years of experience and familiarity with military missions.
Security Clearance
  • Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance (TIER 5 Background Investigation) and eligibility for SCI access. Some roles may require a CI Scope Polygraph.
Experience / Skills
  • Experience in military construction planning and programming, familiarity with Army PAX system.
  • Proficient in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
  • Experience translating user requirements into facility specifications.
  • Knowledge of military construction standards, Corps of Engineers specifications, and SCIF requirements.
  • Understanding of Army space management and facility engineering at large, complex sites.
  • Experience with military relocations, unit surveys, and construction processes.
  • Knowledge of EPA Air Conditioning Law and technical documentation reading skills.
