Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial electrical work including troubleshooting circuits, panels, lighting systems, outlets, breakers, motor controls, and equipment wiring.
• Inspect electric rooms, distribution panels, backup power, and report repair needs to management.
• Plan and execute projects with minimal guidance.
• Mentor and train electricians and technicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation including inspections, repairs, testing, and equipment records.
• Follow SOPs to complete work orders and update statuses with management.
• Ensure work complies with NEC, local codes, company standards, and safety requirements.
• Address hazardous conditions immediately and coordinate with vendors/contractors as needed.
• Maintain inventory of electrical supplies, tools, and replacement parts.
