Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services and at least three (3) years of experience working with people who have disabilities, with at least one (1) year in supervision/administration.
• Strong knowledge of best practices for service delivery to persons with cognitive and/or physical disabilities; extensive knowledge of federal ICF-IID regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and supervision to regional center directors and personnel, ensuring CMS State Operations Manual provisions and ICF-IID regulations are followed.
• Engage employees to build trust, establish clear roles and accountability, and drive outcomes aligned with the agency mission.
• Develop KPIs to monitor quality and risk, incorporating HR data, incidents, CPIP projects, and fiscal analyses.
• Facilitate organizational uniformity across regional centers and define leadership roles.
• Identify improvement projects, set milestones, ensure accountability, and brief senior managers on status.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and related regulations, including WIOA, and conduct regular site visits to verify standards.
