Job summary

Aetos Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced Facility Data Manager to lead data governance, quality assurance, and analytics for facility operations and asset management.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, oversee CMMS integrations, and deliver secure, actionable insights across reporting platforms. Ideal candidates bring deep expertise in data analytics, ETL, and governance, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a US citizenship and pass drug testing as required.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in data management, analytics, or facility operations.
• Located within 50 miles of a NASA Center; able to meet on-site requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility data governance, quality assurance, and analytics strategies.
• Oversee data systems integration, CMMS, and asset management workflows.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Ensure data accuracy, security (RLS), and regulatory compliance across environments.
• Guide cross-functional teams and translate stakeholder needs into reporting updates.
