Aetos Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Facility Data Manager to serve as the senior SME for facility data governance, analytics, and asset management.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance, and drive improvements across CMMS, reporting, and analytics environments. The role focuses on developing dashboards with Power BI and Tableau, configuring security, KPIs, and data flows to support NASA's Office of Strategic Infrastructure Facilities and Real

Qualifications

• Must hold at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 12 years in data management, analytics, or facility operations.
• Requires US citizenship and proximity within 50 miles of a NASA Center.
• Demonstrated expertise across data governance, KPIs, and reporting.
• Experience with CMMS, data analytics, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility data management governance, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Architect data governance policies and QA protocols.
• Oversee integration and optimization of facility management systems (CMMS).
• Provide technical leadership in system design and data interfaces.
• Guide cross-functional teams to align data across platforms.
• Lead configuration, version control, testing, and documentation.
• Monitor performance and drive resolution of data issues.
• Implement and enforce Row Level Security in reporting environments (Power BI).
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Define and maintain KPIs aligned with strategy.
• Translate stakeholder needs into actionable data requirements.
• Provide training and documentation for data governance practices.
• Promote consistent data entry and governance standards.
• Stay current with data management trends and technologies.
• Recommend enhancements to improve data accessibility and accuracy.
