HealthFirst’s credentialing department handles credentialing and re-credentialing for providers, facilities, and vendors to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy. It prepares hard-copy directories and collaborates with third-party vendors to post online directories.

The team also develops presentations for quarterly credentialing and delegate vendor oversight committee meetings and looks for process improvements to strengthen adherence to state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Adobe, Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Credentialing and re-credentialing providers, facilities and vendors in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare hard-copy directories and coordinate with third-party vendors for online postings and data accuracy.
• Prepare presentations for quarterly credentialing and vendor oversight committee meetings.
