Job summary

TSMC is seeking a Water Engineer for our Phoenix, Arizona facility. You will own safety, reliability, and documentation of Ultrapure Water, Process Cooling Water, Industrial Reclaim, and Waste Treatment systems, partnering with technicians and engineers to ensure compliant operation.

You will develop PM/CM plans, operating procedures, and training programs while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with project teams to meet environmental and production standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient with engineering principles, design/build and project-related issues.
• Experience with standard design software and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Apply 6S methodology to improve efficiency and safety in workspaces.
• Support operations during and after hours to troubleshoot systems.
• Review data to ensure equipment runs within specifications.
• Develop PM/CM plans, SOPs, and training materials for water systems.
• Lead cost and capacity planning for future utility needs.
• Provide design/construction support for improvements and projects.
