Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Constructs, installs, repairs, and maintains a variety of structures and equipment such as walls, fencing, bleachers, and playground items.
• Operates light equipment and performs standard preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Prepares daily work orders and related paperwork.
• Moves equipment, furniture, and boxes as directed.
• Participates in grounds maintenance activities including tree work, field grading, and cleaning areas.
• Assists in basic maintenance of classrooms, offices, and sport facilities.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature as needed.
