Master’s Transportation is seeking a Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician for its Kansas City headquarters campus. You will handle complex maintenance across office, manufacturing, and automotive service facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.

The role emphasizes independent work, safety-mindedness, and collaboration with a team of technicians to keep facilities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four years of facilities maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Working knowledge of building systems, controls, troubleshooting, and minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Proficiency with building automation and control systems; forklift experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance across office, manufacturing, and automotive service areas.
• Inspects building systems and equipment; identifies issues and coordinates corrective action.
• Monitors building automation, responds to alarms, and escalates specialized repairs as needed.
• Coordinates contractor access and service work; maintains tools and work areas.
• Provides technical guidance to other maintenance technicians without supervisory authority.
• Adheres to safety procedures and OSHA requirements; routes work beyond authorization to qualified providers.
• Communicates facility conditions and status to employees, leaders, and contractors.
