Gillon Property Group seeks a Facilities Technician for Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, MO. The role covers hands-on maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems at a high-traffic landmark property.

You will work with the Building Engineer and operations team, perform preventive and corrective tasks, respond to tenant requests, and help keep the Plaza well-presented for millions of visitors each year.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years of commercial, retail, or institutional building maintenance experience.
• Generalist skill set across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and standard maintenance equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work including climbing ladders, stairs, and working at heights.
• Availability for rotating on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems throughout the property.
• Complete work orders promptly, documenting repairs and labor in CMMS.
• Inspect building systems, equipment, and common areas daily; identify and report deficiencies and safety hazards.
• Carry out general building work, including carpentry, painting, patching, tile, and finish repairs.
• Maintain plumbing fixtures, clear drains, replace fixtures, and repair leaks.
