Job summary

Atrium Health in North Carolina is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and technical repairs on complex facility systems.

You will diagnose and repair utility and infrastructure systems, install and maintain MEP and controls, operate plant equipment and building automation systems, and read blueprints and Life Safety drawings to ensure compliant, safe operation.

Qualifications

• Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of technical training.
• 4 or more Years of Experience in relatable industrial/trades maintenance or operations.
• Ability to work with minimal oversight with advanced technical skills in facility maintenance.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and technical repairs on complex facility systems.
• Diagnoses and implements repairs for Utility and Infrastructure Systems.
• Installs/replace and maintains building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and controls systems.
• Operates and monitors advanced utility equipment and building automation systems to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintains vacuum, compressed air, and medical gas systems
