UCT in Austin, TX is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician III to support production and facility equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance in a fast-paced environment. The role requires performing diversified duties, adapting to hazardous environments, and maintaining a strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities include PMs, installation, troubleshooting, inventory control, safety system checks, training of technicians, and coordination with facilities and production teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 3+ years facilities maintenance experience.
• Electrical experience or license – essential advantage.
• Hands-on and technical skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required; forklift certification is a plus.
• Willingness to work shifts and travel occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Clean and perform PM for equipment regularly.
• Install machinery systems.
• Repair malfunctioning equipment units and structures.
• Assist in equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Maintain inventory control of equipment tools and parts.
• Train technicians and assist in on-the-job training.
• Inspect and maintain safety and alarm systems.
• Perform administrative computer tasks as needed.
