Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree a plus.
• 5 years experience in a similar role.
• HVAC with BMS and Electrical systems knowledge.
• Measuring tools, hand tools, lathes, drills, and shop equipment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal communication; basic English; native language.

Responsibilities

• Ensure corporate safety standards are in practice.
• Respond to building managers' maintenance requests.
• Monitor site requirements, status, maintenance, and utilities.
• Support operations, engineering, and facility projects.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and install new equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns and changing business needs.
• Improve cost efficiency for site operations.
• Carry out maintenance to defined safety standards.
• Lubricate, align, and inspect equipment.
• Interact with other crafts to complete tasks.
• Interpret blueprints and technical instructions.
• Support engineering projects for new equipment installation.
• Troubleshoot simple process equipment and utilities.
• Respond to alarms; take appropriate action.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
